Our sellers are expected to describe their jewels as accurately as possible. The following condition categories are intended to help you better evaluate a jewel's overall state.
Please keep in mind that these classifications are only general guidelines, and the assessment of a jewel's condition can be subjective. Buyers and sellers may have different perceptions of what constitutes a certain condition.
We strongly recommend reviewing the images provided by the seller carefully—especially for pre-owned jewels—to help avoid any disappointment caused by unexpected flaws.
If a listing lacks sufficient images, we encourage you to contact the seller to request additional photos.
