Sellers must:

Accurately describe each jewel listed, including condition, authenticity, and any known defects.

Upload clear and detailed images of the actual jewel being sold.

Clearly indicate whether the sale is by a private individual or a business entity.
Misleading or false descriptions may result in removal of the listing and/or account suspension.
4. Buying and Selling
All transactions are made directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the sale but provide the platform to facilitate it.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

Ensuring all information is accurate.

Agreeing on price, payment method, and shipping details.

Resolving any disputes that may arise from the transaction.
We recommend using secure and traceable payment methods.
5. Fees and Commissions
We may charge fees or commissions for certain services (e.g., listing fees, transaction fees). Details will be outlined on the Marketplace and may be updated periodically.
Professional sellers may be subject to additional tax and invoicing obligations under applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Items and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:

Listing counterfeit or stolen jewels.

Misrepresenting the condition, origin, or authenticity of a watch.

Violating any intellectual property rights.

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
7. User Conduct
All users must treat each other with respect and communicate honestly. Harassment, abuse, or fraud will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove content, listings, or users that violate these standards.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We do not verify the authenticity or condition of items listed. We are not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of jewels listed.

The truth or accuracy of user content.

Any disputes or damages arising from transactions on the Marketplace.
Use the platform at your own risk.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano (Italy).
